Program Overview

The EXCEL+ Career Readiness plus Leadership program is designed to assist UCR students in articulating skills obtained through participation in courses, high-impact programs, and extracurricular activities.

Target Audience

All UCR undergraduate students who are in good academic standing are welcome to participate in this program. Signups are year-round and continuous.

Support, Resources, and Long-Term Impact

Students who complete a competency will earn a badge that verifies the competency earned.  This can be posted on social media.
